Dancing With The Devil

Even Donald Fucking Trump can only go so far. His mealy-mouthed refutation of the national disgrace of Charlottesville was met with bi-partisan scorn and condemnation, for the most part. American patriot David Duke was solidly in his corner, though.

Phony-ass daughter Ivanka tried to pick up the irreparable pieces of her daddy’s ongoing psychotic hypocrisy and stupidity and – playing desperate too-late catch-up -- the White House finally issued a statement that basically said, “Oh, yeah, of course the president was condemning all the Nazi and KKK violence and hatred … he just sort of forgot to say that the first time around, but you know he really means it, he really does. Trust us.”

How can you trust somebody who waits 48 hours to finally call out the scum by name, which Donald Fucking Trump finally got around to on Monday morning after the hue and cry became too loud even for his tone-deaf ears not to hear?

I don’t think that Michael Signer, Charlottesville’s grieving mayor, has one iota of trust for Donald Fucking Trump. He addressed Fucking Trump and all his venomous base like this: “When you dance with the devil, the devil doesn’t change, the devil changes you.”

With all due respect to Mayor Signer, I don’t think the devil has changed Donald Fucking Trump. I think he has always been a low-class racist hate-monger who reflexively dances with whatever devils happen to be available. The devil has changed Fucking Trump not a wit, he has merely embraced him all the more closely.

Donald Fucking Trump in his first ignorant, lame statement blamed the carnage  “on many sides” and then repeated that telling phrase once more for emphasis. I heard a Fucking Trump supporter say that the protesters were ready to fight because they showed up with shields and helmets. Really?  It sort of makes sense to bring protective gear when the racist rally pigs are armed with tire irons, bats, bricks, bottles, and concealed firearms.

Mayor Signer hit the Fucking Trump nail on the head when he said the anti-Semites, racists, Aryans, neo-Nazis, and KKK who spearheaded the fatal rally and who were “always in the shadows have been given a key and a reason to come into the light.”

The key has passed from the stunted grubby hands of Donald Fucking Trump to these cretins and the reason they have come into the light at Charlottesville and every other Fucking Trump event is that he has pulled back the rock and given his evil imprimatur for every dark impulse of the American soul to slither forth. He is our Supreme Serpent.

Donald Fucking Trump has much to account for when the inevitable final reckoning arrives. He has reduced America in six short months from a world leader to an incipient world pariah with his arrogant, ignorant, insulting, vastly stupid, dangerous, blasphemous, crude, illiterate and historically stunning path to our potential oblivion.

Is Charlottesville a prelude to even more national chaos, presided over by an obvious madman aided and abetted by a spineless, cowardly, and increasingly cruel Republican party obsessed with little more than political survival, country and people be damned?

As his doomed, defeated army retreated from Gettysburg, Robert E. Lee sat astride Traveler by the roadside and repeated time and again to his still-adoring charges, “All this has been my fault. All this has been my fault.”

That is something you will never hear from the ugly and twisted mouth of Donald Fucking Trump.
