About Us

Bob Ingram is a veteran journalist, editor, writer, film-maker, and – again – cartoon writer and now a blogger. He was twice editor of the “underground” paper The Drummer in Philadelphia and has been a trade press writer for the past 25 years.  He and partner Don Day took on the legendary Philly mayor Frank Rizzo with their “Hizzoner” strip and he is delighted to renew the partnership with “HOCUS POTUS: Travels With Trump.”

Illustrator Don Day first hooked up with writer Bob Ingram after graduating from Temple University's Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia. There, they collaborated on a comic strip, "Hizzoner," for an alternative paper. The strip satirized Philly's then mayor, Frank Rizzo, a despotic hardliner. Thirty-plus years later, Day and Ingram have renewed their collaboration for "HOCUS POTUS," lampooning yet another tyrannical leader. In addition to art directing over fifty feature films, Day's artwork has appeared in such diverse publications as PC Magazine, PC World, Time and the San Francisco Examiner.
